Audit questions are prepared on your web portal and stored in the cloud to syncronise with your iPad or iPhone. Once synchronised with the on-line database auditors can create new eCheck audits using online templates that capture results, comments, recommendations as well as the ability to set tasks or action items that require follow up on completion of the audit. Action items flag and assign followup tasks to store managers and feature a due date for the store manager and follow up date for the area manager, as well as a priority that allows management to report on the areas of the business that need immediate attention.
